Reginald Parson Deputy Director of Maine Dept. of Labor Reginald Parson, J.D., MPA, is the Deputy Director of Maine’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Program, where he assists with the implementation of the state's paid leave law, providing eligible workers with up to 12 weeks of paid leave for family or medical reasons.
