Reginald Parson Deputy Director of Maine Dept. of Labor Reginald Parson, J.D., MPA, is the Deputy Director of Maine’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Program, where he assists with the implementation of the state's paid leave law, providing eligible workers with up to 12 weeks of paid leave for family or medical reasons. With over a decade of experience in public administration, Reggie excels in managing complex programs that enhance public services. He also has extensive experience in policy development, working on a variety of issues ranging from corrections to health and human services, from his time serving as legislative staff for the Maine House Majority Office and two former House Speakers. A graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Reggie is a trusted leader in navigating Maine’s evolving employment landscape.
